The blog below is the passion blog I completed for my first semester here at Penn State. It is basically just a photo-documentary of my life during that time. I took pictures of different things and then wrote around 500 words describing the picture and the story behind it.
This blog is the passion blog I completed for my second semester at Penn State. I was unable to take a psychology class during my second semester due to other course requirements. Because of that I decided to make a question/answer type blog. I posed psychological/philosophical type questions and used either credible sources, my opinion, or a combination of both to answer the question.
The blog below is probably one of my favorite assignments I completed this year. We were tasked to choose a civic issue and then write 700+ words about the issue. I chose to write my posts on low socioeconomic status among minority groups in the United States. This blog challenged me to explore a topic I was not well versed in, and it expanded my perspective on this country and the dis-proportionality in the quality of life that exists between minority groups and the majority.
The picture above is of the Moore Building. This building is home to the psychology department here at Penn State.
